- Maintain staff efficiency throughout the process
- Ensure minimum disruption and downtime
- Co-ordinate all core providers (e.g. IT services, furniture suppliers, power & data providers)
- File audits
- Maintain communication processes
- Ensure smooth transition, on time & within budget
- Development & maintenance of effective working environments
